North Penn Baseball Association, Inc. (NPBA), North Penn Little League Inc. (NPLL)  and North Penn Raiders Inc. (NPRB) are federally-chartered corporations to which Congress has granted the exclusive right to use and to authorize the use of the designations "North Penn Baseball Association" “North Penn Little League Baseball,” “North Penn Raiders”, their logos and the like. As 36 U.S.C. § 130506 states: Only the corporation has the exclusive right to use and to allow others to use the names "North Penn Baseball Association" “North Penn Little League”, “North Penn Raiders” and all official emblems / logos or any colorable simulation of that emblem / logo.

In addition, North Penn Baseball Association, North Penn Little League and North Penn Raiders are the owner of the trademarks and service marks of NPBA, NPLL, NPRB and NPTB and Emblems /  Logos, among others (collectively, the “North Penn Baseball Association, North Penn Little League and North Penn Raider Marks”), which identify its products and services.

The North Penn Baseball Association expressly forbids the use, reproduction, copy of use of any of our logos or likenesses. They are the sole property of the North Penn Baseball Association including; North Penn Baseball Association, North Penn Little League, North Penn Raiders and North Penn Travel Baseball

It is important to note that unauthorized use of any trademark, including those belonging to North Penn Baseball Association (NPBA), North Penn Little League and North Penn Raiders Baseball may result in civil liability by the manufacturer of items bearing those trademarks. So, anyone that uses unauthorized North Penn Baseball Association (NPBA), North Penn Little League (NPLL) and North Penn Raiders trademarks will held liable.

Please note that any unauthorized use of these aforementioned marks is considered an infringement violation and will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the Law.
